| Details: Accounting Manager   We are seeking an energetic and highly detail oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills for Accounting Manager. This position is responsible for the management and oversight of accounting, payroll, and business activities.​  Responsibilities:·        Manage and lead accounting staff·        Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations, including, but not limited to: A/​P, A/​R, payroll, taxes, journal entries, reconciliations, cash flow statements, budgeting, and annual audit coordination.​·        Maintain the general ledger ·        Responsible for check issuance, managing receivables and payables·        Maintain updated vendor files and file number·        Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures ·        Prepare all monthly and annual financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets·        Ensure that month-end closings are performed in a timely manner.​·        Work closely with the CFO to manage organizational expenses, budgets, and forecasts.​·        Meet regularly with CFO to provide updates on financial performance relative to budgets, report on fiscal conditions, providing insight, forecasts and recommendations·        Establish and maintain systems of internal control to ensure the integrity of all financial reporting systems, processes and data·        Maintain all fiscal and contractual controls in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, resulting in unqualified opinion at completion of each financial audit | ||||
